After 12+ years my son came home on 5/5/26, he had a 50 year sentence.
Tasha told me the state would not retry him and they declined to retry after he was granted a new trial. I can’t say thank you enough!!!

I’m so happy to announce that my husband has officially been re-sentenced. I wanna say a big thank you to Tasha for all her hard work and dedication. After almost a year in the court this day finally has come to an end. My husband got re-sentenced to 22 years with time served so he’ll be out soon.just in a matter of months We were going to court out of Tulare County if you’re thinking of filing a petition for your loved one please do it’ll be so worth it.

Must admit after reading all the reviews I was skeptical but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try. Contacted TNT and spoke with Michelle, she was very knowledgeable about his case and the draft she sent me was exactly what we were trying to say, what our lawyer would not let us say! Our motion was granted and after 4 months he was released after his sentence was reduced, he came home 3 years sooner thanks to Michelle and TNT Legal Services.

This is a review as a mother of an inmate. I was apprehensive at first and ask a lot of questions but Tasha answered them all.
Most lawyers take months to file a motion, TNT has our motion filed within 2 weeks! It was fantastic and covered all of our concerns. My son got his sentences reduced from
40 years to 10 years because they tried to stack his sentences. He will be home next year. All I wanted was to be able to see by baby boy at home again and TNT made it happen.
